1. What Upvid does

Upvid scans public YouTube data to surface rising videos in a niche you define, and drafts a suggested comment angle for each. Upvid never posts anything. It does not connect to your YouTube account, and it offers no automated, scheduled, or bulk publishing of any kind. The tool suggests; you post — or you don't.

2. Your responsibility when you post

A drafted angle is a starting point you are free to edit, ignore, or delete. Once you post a comment, it is your comment. You are responsible for complying with the disclosure rules that apply to you when you promote a product you have an interest in — including the FTC Endorsement Guides (US), Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices (EU), and the LCD (Switzerland). Where an angle mentions your product, it is written to make that interest visible rather than hide it; you should keep it that way.

You also agree to respect YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Using Upvid's output to mass-post, astroturf, or impersonate is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination — it is the single behaviour this product is built to make harder, not easier.

3. What we don't promise

We do not guarantee traffic, leads, replies, or any commercial outcome. What we sell is research time and timing: rising videos, and an angle to enter the conversation. What happens after you post depends on what you write and on people we don't control.

4. Plans and the unit we bill on

Plans are priced on exploitable videos delivered per week — a rising video that came back with a real angle. If nothing sincere connects your product to a video, Upvid says so, and it does not count against your quota. Scans may return partial results when a cap is reached; partial results are still delivered, never silently dropped.

5. Data

See the Privacy Policy. In short: public YouTube data only, minimal personal data (your email), data derived from the YouTube API refreshed or deleted within 30 days, and export/deletion available to you at any time from your account, without asking us.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen; deletion is immediate and cascades to your projects, scans and angles. We may terminate accounts used for automated or bulk posting, or for anything that would put our API access or other users at risk.
